The Transformer VIP Program

The Transformer VIP Program is a high-touch, personalized 3-month long coaching package. It’s perfect for those who want more individual attention, and want to start asap (subject to availability). It’s ideal for those who are interested in slow and steady weight loss or rapid weight loss, like my client, C, who lost 60 pounds with HCG and Flexible Dieting. You can read about her journey here. 

This program is designed to help you get leaner and stronger in the most enjoyable way possible. If you want to lose weight, you can expect to drop anywhere from 5 to 30 pounds in 3 months. You’ll feel healthy, fit, and unstoppable, and build the habits you need to keep the weight off forever.

No rigid meal plans.

No special shakes or expensive groceries.

How does the Transformer VIP Program work?

 

Prep

First, we will decide if a rapid weight loss approach versus a more traditional approach is better for you. If you want to lose weight fast, we can discuss the pros and cons of a rapid weight loss plan. Most women can lose about 5-15 pounds in the first month. The entire time we work on developing new healthy habits that will help you maintain your weight loss when the diet ends.

 

1:1 Consultations

We’ll have a private 45-minute 1:1 coaching call every 2 weeks where we’ll review your week, check your progress and adjust any goals so that we are setting you up for success.

If you want more guidance and accountability, you have the option to invest in more calls.

 

Personalized Strategic Dieting Support

Help with The Preparation Phase, The Diet PhaseThe Transition Phase and the Maintenance Phase of a diet, so you can slowly transition back to “real life” when the diet is over, with a plan so you don’t gain all the weight back.

We also set weekly goals so you see how your weight and health is affected by your daily choices and habits.

Ask me Anything

You can email me anytime and I will respond within 24 hours, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). This means you have in between session support so that we can keep the momentum going and deeply embed your new habits.

Flexible Dieting

Whether you choose a rapid or slower weight loss plan, you will master the skills of flexible dieting so you can continue enjoying the foods you like, perhaps tweaking them little-by-little (as needed) so that they become healthier over time. 

Kickstart Workout

If you like, I can provide you with a workout you can do based on your current fitness levels, and activity preferences. This can be done in the comfort of your own home or at the gym, with or without equipment. The goal is to enjoy your workouts while improving your fitness and physique.

If you want to get serious about strength training and lifting weights, I can provide you with a customized  program.

I am very hands-on, and committed to my clients’ success. I work 1:1 with each of my clients and tailor my coaching to each individual.

My goal for you is to lose weight without starving, and to become educated, informed and self-reliant so that you no longer need coaching after 3 – 6 months. That’s right – I want to make myself obsolete.

The lifestyle modification journey can be difficult and long – lifelong in most cases! But after a few months with me, you should be well on the path to a healthier lifestyle, and a slimmer, fitter body.

The Transformer VIP Program IS for you if you:

  • Feel like you’re metabolism is broken and don’t understand why it’s so hard for you to lose weight
  • Have lost weight before but just gained it all back again
  • Are sick of dieting and are ready for a permanent and lasting change
  • Want to become healthier and fitter
  • Need knowledgeable guidance and support – someone to teach you how to read food labels and eat and exercise in an enjoyable, sustainable, and healthy way for YOUR body

Most people see an Instagram coach with six-pack abs and think they must know a lot about training and nutrition. In many cases, this couldn’t be further from the truth. I do more than pedal one-size-fits-all programs: I help my clients transform their lives through physical activity, nutritional coaching, and behavioral change so when they graduate in 3 months they have a whole new set of habits.

As an ACE-certified health coach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, I have years of education. I am also accredited by the NCCA, an independent accrediting body that evaluates programs for health professionals like registered dietitians and occupational therapists. My credentials are ironclad verifiable, and representative of a standard of excellence recognized by healthcare providers and state agencies.

And as for experience, I’ve coached clients, written training programs, published books, and competed in powerlifting. I am constantly educating myself about human psychology, behavior change, fitness, and nutrition.

So what do I charge? Right now, the Transformer VIP Program is only $1499 for a one-time payment or $599 per month for 3 months. If you have a lot of weight to lose, and want to extend your coaching beyond 3 months, you can. 

For $16.65 a day, you’ll have unlimited access to me, 1:1 nutritional guidance and support, bi-weekly calls, weekly lessons and homework, a training program, and a professional coach to answer all your pressing questions. If you want to video yourself doing an exercise in order to get feedback, I’m more than happy to critique your technique. If you want to compare two food labels and ask me which is the healthier choice, I’m happy to walk you through that information. I’m yours — your personal coach — for 90 days, and I want you to get as much out of our time together as you possibly can. Because I am not just a coach — I am a teacher, a mentor, a cheerleader and a guide. I am here to empower you!
