Guarantee

We cannot guarantee specific results for clients. Fat loss and muscle gain will vary with each individual. Influencing factors include age, gender, health condition, hormone function, activity levels, stress, quality of sleep, body fat percentage, accuracy in tracking, exercise type, and commitment to coaching and following instructions.

 

Refunds

No refunds will be given for coaching programs after seven days have elapsed from the start of the program. For our purposes, Day 1 begins when Lesson 1 is emailed to you from Adele Frizzell LLC. It is not based on when the email/lesson is claimed to have been received and/or opened. Any money paid, either in full or in part, is non-refundable and non-transferable after seven days.

To request a full refund (minus the $100 administrative fee), please send an email to Support@AdeleFrizzell.com before midnight CST on Day 7 of the program. No explanation is required.

In case of surgery or serious injury or illness, we can freeze your account as long as proof is provided such as a doctor’s note. You are welcome to resume coaching on a different date, subject to availability. This means you may have to wait several months before a new spot becomes available.

Call Cancellation/No show

If you do have to cancel or change your scheduled coaching call, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will mean your call is forfeit and can’t be carried forward to another date. We understand things come up but a last-minute cancellation impacts multiple people’s schedules.

Declined payment

If payment is declined, you will receive an email alerting you that you must bring your account up to date. If payment is not made within the next three business days, you will be withdrawn from the program without refund.
