Guarantee

Our role is to support and assist you in reaching your own goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. We cannot predict and we do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual. Each individual’s results depend on his or her unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and numerous other factors. Other influencing factors include age, gender, health conditions, hormone function, activity levels, stress, quality of sleep, body fat percentage, accuracy in tracking, exercise type, and commitment to learning, coaching, and following instructions.

 

Refunds

Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have the following refund policies:

The Transformer Program (group and private coaching): A full refund is permitted up to 3 days after the initial date of purchase, less a $150 administration fee. After 3 days, no refunds will be provided for any portion of your payment, either in full or in part.

By using and/or purchasing The Transformer Program, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided after 3 days from the date of purchase.

The NEW You Graduate Program: A full refund is permitted up to 3 days after the initial date of purchase, less a $150 administration fee. After 3 days, no refunds will be provided for any portion of your payment, either in full or in part.

By using and/or purchasing The NEW You Graduate Program, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided after 3 days from the date of purchase.

All other Programs, Products, and Services: We have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Programs, Products, and Services other than The Transformer Program and The NEW You Graduate Program, and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

 

Termination

You have the right to terminate your use of or participation in our Programs, Products or Services at any time by sending an e-mail to support@adelefrizzell.com.

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse or terminate your access to our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, in full or in part, at any time, without notice, by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided upon purchase of the Program, Product or Service.

In the event of cancellation or termination by either of us, you will have 24 hours to pay any and all remaining payments or balances that are owed.

Upon termination by either of us, we reserve the right to immediately refuse or terminate your access to any aspect of our Programs, Products, Services and/or our Program Materials, including but not limited to our Website, private forum, e-mail communications, Facebook groups, live webinars or conference calls, or any other method of communications related to our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials at any time without notice and in our sole discretion.

All of the terms of the Terms of Use, including but not limited to all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, release of claims, and our Refund Policy will still apply now and in the future, even after termination by you or us. 

 

Call Cancellation/No show

If you do have to cancel or change a scheduled private coaching call, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will mean your call is forfeit and can’t be carried forward to another date. We understand things come up but a last-minute cancellation impacts multiple people’s schedules. 

Group calls: the host will wait online for 15 minutes. If no one shows, the host will end the call. Group calls will only be rescheduled if the host is unable to attend at the regularly scheduled time. 

 

Unused Calls

Calls must be used within a 3-month period. Unused calls may not be carried forward. Any money paid, either in full or in part, is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Access to Program Materials

With the exception of group call replay links, all program materials will be available for a 90-day period after a program ends. Because we are constantly updating our content, we cannot guarantee that links will work beyond this date. Once a program ends, group replay links will only be active for 15 days.

 

Declined payment

If payment is declined, you will receive an email alerting you that you must bring your account up to date. If payment is not made within the next 3 business days, you will be withdrawn from the program without refund.

Please email Support@AdeleFrizzell.com with any non-coaching related questions or complaints. Office hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday, CST, not including holidays.

We strive to answer all emails by the end of the next business day.

All terms, agreements, and policies as well as arbitration, shall be governed by the laws of the County of Polk in the State of Texas where Adele Frizzell LLC is registered.

 

Client Agreement and Terms of Use

If you have purchased a service, program, product or subscription or otherwise entered into a separate agreement with us you will also be subject to the terms of that agreement or those terms of use, which shall prevail in the event of a conflict. Online purchases have additional terms of use relating to the transaction.
