Instead of:

This is what I HAVE to do.
Or,
This is what I SHOULD do.
Say, instead:
This is what I choose to do.
This is what I AM.

For example:
I am someone who eats healthy and not to excess.
I am someone who never misses a training day.
I am someone who keeps her promises.

Try it out.
It feels more powerful to own it than resist it.
